Logistics Coordinator - Aston Carter

Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorJob Description - Enter orders and send quotes to customers; - Communicate with customers about product shortages or delays with production, pickup, or delivery; - Participate in operations meetings; - Manage international customers' orders and production procedures; - Create and file Commercial Documents - Commercial Invoice, Commercial Packing List, SLI, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Free Sale, Health; - Experience with entering orders, invoicing, and shipment tracking; - Ability to create and file International paperwork; - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask; - Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Prior experience with business systems (Dynamics GP preferred); - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening; - Comfort with taking direction and constructive coaching.
