This position is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities:You will:
- Quote buyers/sales LTL and TL rates
Set up LTL and TL shipments in TMS system
Create return labels using UPS or FedEx software
- Upload/update DOT Med Cards
Upload/update Driver’s license and endorsements
- Upload drug and alcohol random results
- Upload new driver on boarding and road test documents
- Run monthly expiration reports for DOT Med Cards and Driver’s license
- Run daily performance reports
- Maintain the KPI tracker
- Maintain and update the monthly random list for all branches
- Prepare weekly pallet sheet in Excel
- Notate Unidentified logs in the Geotab
- Assist the Driver Supervisor as needed
- Remove Not on Truck orders from Descartes OnDemand
- Assist in keeping Driver records current in Access
- Ensure driver lunch forms and missed punch forms are completed.
You have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative function performing clerical tasks
- Experience with DOT related compliance on a commercial fleet program is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license
- Problem solving skills, possessing a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external audiences
- Self-starter working with minimal direction
- Must be able to manage multiple competing priorities
- Desire to learn state and federal regulations, including Department of Transportation guidelines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- Knowledge to TMS and Dispatch Software programs
