Logistics Fielding Support Services Specialist
Overview: Agensys Corporation is seeking a highly qualified Logistics Fielding Support Services Specialist to manage and support a variety of logistical functions related to medical materials designed to respond to biological, chemical, or radiological agents. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, planning, and technical skills, with the ability to oversee quality control, inventory management, and participate in fielding assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Management: Manage, regulate, coordinate, and exercise control over medical supplies, equipment, and other materials in response to biological, chemical, or radiological incidents.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that partners and state agencies maintain adequate inventories.
- Planning & Distribution: Oversee the planning, provisioning, acquisition, distribution, accountability, and management of medical materials, including consumption, retention, or disposal.
- Fielding Assessments: Conduct state and site fielding assessments, identify logistical limitations, and develop reports detailing the measures to overcome these limitations.
- Technical Support: Participate in technical supply support activities to ensure effective operation of ongoing projects.
- Inventory Management: Process reports, manage automated records, and control systems for storage, issuance, quality assurance, shelf-life extension, and disposal of medical materials.
- On-Call Support: Provide nationwide 24/7/365 on-call support to respond to Sensaphone alerts.
- Reporting: Regularly report all project activities to supervisors.
- Telecommunications Checks: Perform minor telecommunications system checks in collaboration with phone-based technical experts.
- Equipment Inspections: Conduct visual inspections for corrosion and/or damage on temperature monitoring equipment.
- Technical Operations: Operate an analog phone line test set and temperature standard thermometer.
- New Business Model Support: Support and execute new actions required by the CHEMPACK business model, including Drop Ship (DS) and Drop Ship with Personnel (DSP).
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 7 years of related experience; OR, in the absence of a degree, 13 years of related experience.
- Training Requirements: The subcontractor must ensure that all contract employees complete the following training courses annually, as required:
- cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Records Management Training
- Security Awareness Training
- Ethics Training
- NIMS-700A (National Incident Management System)
- Role-Based Training
- Additional Training: Complete ASPR (Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response), CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), and DSNS (Division of Strategic National Stockpile) training, both one-time and annually.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience in quality control and inventory management.
- Ability to work on-call and respond promptly to nationwide alerts.
- Knowledge of technical support operations and telecommunications systems.
