Logistic / Inventory Coordinator $19.23/Hour (First Shift) Mon - Fri 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Columbus, OH

Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator you will handle shipping and receiving, placing orders, building / assembling equipment for a medical supply company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving of all surgical inventory.
• Communicate with teams regarding upcoming needs for surgical cases.
• Review requirements requested by sales teams…. raise pertinent questions to sales rep if there are any issues/challenges related to a surgery. 
• Place orders to meet surgical coverage needs.
• Build surgical instruments and implants to prepare for delivery to hospitals.
• Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls regarding inventory needs.
• Instrument assembly.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in working in the medical device/orthopedic industry.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
