We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team in Florida. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient operations within our supply chain and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will manage the coordination of shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, tracking stock levels and initiating reorders when necessary.
- Work closely with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any shipping or inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare and manage logistics-related documents, including invoices, shipping schedules, and compliance reports.
- Assist in optimizing supply chain processes and implementing cost-saving measures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors, carriers, and team members.
