This role involves coordinating various aspects of Logistics and supply chain management, including transportation, customs clearance, 3rd party warehousing, and documentation. This position coordinates with various stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customs authorities, and brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods to our customers globally at scale.
In This Role, You Will::
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive Logistics strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to Market both Domestic and International.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with Domestic and International suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics partners
- Customs Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs laws, and documentation requirements to facilitate smooth cross-border transactions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain partners to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Operational Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of international shipments, including scheduling, routing, and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve logistical issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in coordination with relevant parties. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for any major operational failures to understand and drive improvement
- Data Analysis: Make data driven decisions. Analyze logistics performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiencies.
- Cost Management: Strong understanding of carriers and 3rd party vendor costs. Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor logistics staff, providing training and guidance to enhance team performance and development. Develop performance standards, set expectations, and hold accountability.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the logistics process and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Standards: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures and business rules to formalize business practices
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of opportunity to continuously improve performance and department results

Here's What You Need::
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a managerial role. Distribution Management is a plus
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and systems (e.g., TMS, ERP).
- Expert in Excel and Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
