Position Summary:

The Logistics Project Coordinator is responsible for strategic planning within the freight forwarding business. This role involves implementing innovative practices to improve efficiency, estimating project outcomes, and ensuring effective communication between management and operations.

Responsibilities:






+ Monitor and oversee the complete process of product movement via air and land/trucking transportation.



+ Track and manage shipments across multiple channels to ensure on-time delivery.



+ Generate monthly reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain function.



+ Liaise daily with customers, carriers, and internal staff to ensure smooth logistics operations.



+ Support logistics procedures by following logistics policies and working towards team goals.



+ Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to team logistics operations.



+ Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to the transportation and logistics system.



+ Ensure account documentation is up-to-date, organized, and readily accessible for team needs.



+ Analyze logistics areas to identify the most cost-effective methods for transporting supplies.



+ Coordinate with site managers and team members to facilitate efficient operations.



+ Generate ad-hoc reports as required to support project goals and operational transparency.



+ Perform other job-related duties as assigned.




Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree required




+ 1~3 years of experience in the logistics industry Including Freight Forwarding and relevant industry knowledge including Strategy Planning



+ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills



+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multi-tasks while paying close attention to detail



+ Positive attitude to solve problems and serve the customers with good care



+ Very Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel/Powerpoint/Word



+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.



+ Works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency



+ Strong work ethics



+ Ability to travel up to 10% in U.S.
