About the Job
JOB ROLE:
As a LOGISTICS SALES COORDINATOR at LOGISTIFY , you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside a designated Business Development Supervisor. This is where you will begin your accelerated training program to learn the in’s & outs of this industry and learn what it takes to be a part of the LGFY culture. Once you complete a 3-month training, you will become a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR focused on identifying and growing new and existing business by presenting our customers with our newest transportation services.

TASKS:
- Effectively communicate with customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time.
- Provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates.
- Input, update, and manage shipment information.
- Collaborate with Customer, Carriers & Team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly.
- Assist with your customers billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Determination and DRIVE to work hard.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sales Experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, while being forthright about conflict.
- Ability to work with the latest technology.
- Great customer service skills.
