- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely loading and unloading of shipments, updating the TMS accordingly.
- Provide market insights and pricing updates to customers, utilizing available tools for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional, customer-oriented attitude with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Detail-oriented mindset with respect for time and a commitment to safety and integrity.
