A DAY IN THE LIFE!
As the sales supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations. You will lead and advise our dedicated sales staff of lead generators and account executives. You will also play a crucial role in working regularly with key customers accounts, expanding relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily productivity of the account executives, fostering a high-performance sales environment.
- Ensure appropriate coverage of daily freight needs.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure prompt resolution to any challenges that arise.
- Coach and advise your team to ensure that all sales staff are set up for success.
- Measure, review, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cultivate new customer relationships through referrals, inquiries, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct business reviews with the sales team to enhance customer retention and overall experience.
YOUR SKILLSET
- Proven experience leading an effective high-performing sales team in a transportation environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and persuasive communications.
- Strong analytical intelligence with the ability to analyze the market and interpret related data.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma and at least two (2) years of experience in trucking operations/sales management experience (an equivalent amount of education and experience may be substituted.)
- Employment is contingent upon completion of the SPD employment process (including a background check).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree or higher in marketing, business with a sales emphasis, or a related field.
SALARY AND SCHEDULE
- Salary: $85,116 - $106,395 per year, decided based on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time on-site, Monday to Friday.
