About the Job
This individual will be responsible for supply planning Winfield United products as well as distribution planning. This individual will have the responsibility of developing and improving supply and inventory strategies to meet forecasted demand; work with vendors to improve production scheduling efficiencies; to work cross functionally with sourcing, marketing, demand planning and operations to improve vended product distribution. This individual will manage, set goals for and align inventory strategies to meet customer service goals and minimize excessive inventory. They will develop inventory strategies and execute inventory plans to meet goals of cost, quality and service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provides Co-Manufacturer Planning
- Provides Vended Distribution Planning
- Participates in key cross functional processes
- Manage the Winfield United Distribution Inbox
- Ability to back-up and cover planning team as needed
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent
- 3+ years of scheduling, planning, and tracking & managing large assets
- Great communications and quantitative skills
- Detail Orientated
- Ability to analyze, provide insight, and make decisions in a timely manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
- Exposure working in the agriculture industry
- Working & maintaining partnership with external vendors highly desired
- Highly effective communication & collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to investigate variances related to cost impacting company goals
- JDEdwards knowledge
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- APICS CPIM and / or CSCMP certification
- International exposure highly desired
- Project or Change management experience
Compensation Range : $77,000 - $116,000
