JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare our logistics documentation for spares, tools, test equipment, materials, and related manuals to be deployed and stocked.
* Responsible for routing, documenting, and coordinating shipping logistics, maintaining our records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals, and tracking logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of our storage facilities.
* Coordinate shipping activities which adhere to state, federal, and global regulations and import/export requirements.
* Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps.
* Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity.
* Frequently requires vision abilities to include close, distance, depth perception, and telling the difference between colors.
* Occasionally requires hearing abilities to include discerning different tones and volumes.
* Frequently lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
* Occasionally exposed to outdoor elements (high/low temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.)
* Rarely exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials.
* Occasionally exposed to loud noises.
* Responsible for the safety and security of people or property. Inspects, handles or transports explosives, dangerous or hazardous materials.
* Inspects structures, equipment or vehicles.
* Performs aviation related duties.
* Operate or supervise vehicles, heavy or dangerous equipment or machinery

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* Ability to Obtain and Maintain Secret Clearance
* High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience OR
* A higher level degree may substitute for experience OR
* Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
* Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* Basic understanding of Inventory and Supply Chain/Logistics principles and techniques
* Experience with inventory databases
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work locations
* Ability to speak, read, and write English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Familiarity with AvPro or similar aviation maintenance tracking systems
* Ability to operate a Forklift
* Experience with shipping databases, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS
* Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and clean driving record
* Understanding of Shelf Life
* Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
* HazMat Training/Certification (ability to obtain)
