This 20 beds community medical center has been serving its community for generations. The Long Term Care Director of Nursing will join a healthcare facility that is committed to prioritizing the needs of its community and has been recognized for excellence in quality and patient care. 

The Long Term Care Director of Nursing will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will oversee a tenured team of Charge Nurses, Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. The Long Term Care Director of Nursing will provide expert leadership and guidance for all Long Term Care Nursing Services provided within this health system. The Long Term Care Director of Nursing will ensure that their team is up to date on their clinical competencies and will actively engage in clinical quality improvement tasks. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience running a reputable department by managing staffing needs and monitoring the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have experience serving in a leadership role as well as experience working in a long term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
