Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Lebanon, PA 17042

Term: Contract: 9 weeks

Shift: 07:00 am 03:30 pm & 03:00 pm 11:30 pm ( with alternate weekends )

Start: ASAP

Requirements:

• State LPN license.
• BLS/CPR required.
• Must be Vaccinated

• Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .

Responsibilities:

• Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders.
• Assisting LPN's and RN's
