Job Title: Client Billing Coordinator
Position Summary: This fully remote role requires residency in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco. The Client Billing Coordinator will manage the billing process from time entry release to paid invoice.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute invoices, tracking payments and outstanding balances.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
