As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be taught effective methods and skills to detect, apprehend and process shoplifters to prevent theft. You will receive excellent hands-on training with our Nationally Certified Training Instructors to include Defensive Tactics, OC Foam, Use of Restraints, AVADE, Taser and Firearms. Job Skills / Requirements Responsibilities: - Deter theft and reduce shrinkage in retail store - Apprehend and process shoplifters - Maintain site security and watching for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards - Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner - Additional duties as assigned You Provide: - Genuine desire and interest in the security industry - Ability to stand 100% of shift and physically restrain others - Reliable transportation - Basic computer skills to include word and outlook - Great communication/writing skills - Must be able to obtain WA and OR state security license - Schedule to include weekends - 18 years of age and older - DRIVERS LICENSE - Pass pre-employment drug testing - Starting Wage $19-$22 hr/DOE Women, Minorities, and Veterans encouraged to apply Education Requirements (Any) High School Diploma GED Certification Requirements (All) Valid State Drivers License Additional Information / Benefits - Team environment - Direct deposit payroll - 401(k)with company matching - Excellent medical insurance with prescription benefits and vision - Dental insurance - Life insurance - PTO (Paid Time Off) This job reports to the Loss Prevention Manager This is a Full-Time position Travel is required occasionally Back Apply Now Back Apply Now
