Job Title: Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor will provide daily leadership to the Loss Prevention team at the Luskin Conference Center, ensuring safety and security operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily safety and security patrols.
• Manage incident response and reporting.
• Train and mentor Loss Prevention staff.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; degree in criminal justice preferred.
• 3+ years in security or law enforcement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
