Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Vehicle Organization: Maintain the orderly appearance of vehicles on the lot, ensuring they are parked in designated areas and are clean and presentable.
Inventory Management: Assist with checking in new vehicle deliveries, accurately documenting vehicle details, and organizing them on the lot.
Customer Assistance: Provide a welcoming experience for customers by directing them to their desired departments or vehicles and answering any initial queries.
Lot Maintenance: Keep the lot clean and free of debris, ensuring all signage and displays are tidy and appealing.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
Vehicle Preparation: Assist with preparing vehicles for customer delivery, including detailed cleaning and fueling when necessary.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial, but not mandatory.
Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Ability: Ability to move and park vehicles safely, and be physically fit to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, inviting manner when interacting with customers.
Team-Oriented: Ability to work well within a team and support fellow colleagues in daily tasks.
Organized: Capability to maintain lot organization and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Committed to maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dealership's vehicle inventory.
