Job Description
Reports To: General Manger/General Sales Manager
Schedule: Full-Time Position M-F (8AM - 5 PM)
Summary: Laura Automotive Group is a fast-growing, award-winning organization looking to fill the Lot Manager position to assist with locating and moving vehicles, so the dealership's lots are always organized and vehicles can be located quickly.
Essential Duties:
- Keep vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed
- Ensure that vehicles are located in the correct lots
- Manage flow of inventory
- Ensure that the required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed
- Help locate vehicles and keys when needed
- Remain fully compliant with Company HR training
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Must be able to walk all vehicle lots multiple times a day
- Be organized, detail oriented, very thorough and self-motivated
- Have a clean and valid driver's license
