Performance Lexus, in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a Lot Technician for immediate hire!
Position Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Position Pay: $17.00, per hour
Position Status: Full-time employee, with benefits
As the Lot Technician, you will be responsible for the overall appearance, organization, and preparedness of all vehicle inventory at Performance Lexus.You will manage the inventory floor plan for the entire fleet of new and used cars.
The Lot Tech should assist fellow employees, address customer needs, and manage the layout of vehicles throughout the dealership's property.
The ideal candidate, for the Automotive Lot Technician position, at Performance Lexus, should be able to be on their feet throughout the shift, possess good organizational skills, work efficiently, be self-motivated, and provide stellar customer service to all Performance Lexus customers.

Lot Technician:
- Detail vehicles for sold deliveries.
- Place vehicle manufacturer window stickers on all new inventory.
- Photograph lot inventory for website pages.
- Maintain and organize the dealership’s indoor and outdoor sales floor inventory.
- Inspect new model deliveries from the manufacturer, via truck transport, upon arrival at the dealership.
- Ensure all vehicles are fueled and ready for sales presentations and test drives.
- Additional duties as needed:
- Shop maintenance.
- Shuttle services for dealership customers.
- Dealer trade transports.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior dealership/automotive work experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicle transmissions.
- Basic computer literacy like, customer data input and digital correspondence.
- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively, in a demanding environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customer and company vehicles.
