About the Job
Our Employee-Owned company has immediate full-time openings for a Account Manager in the Southeast. This position will work within Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal businesses and be part of an amazing and GROWING team! All positions are regular, full-time and benefits eligible.Pay range depending on experience, skills, and knowledge.
Job Duties:
Review, identify, analyze, and recommend a design and/or changes to support ease of use of applications and systems through a needs assessment
Assist documentation of end user system workflows and work with IT to ensure proper system configuration per needs assessment
Become a trusted advisor within your portfolio of customers by deeply understanding their requirements and aligning their needs to our solutions
Develop key customer relationships at multiple levels of the organization to open channels of communication through weekly site visits
Provide customer support by answering workflow and technical questions from customers
Support strategic customer meetings to communicate best practices, business results, and successes
Ability to support new product installations or new program implementations
