Low Voltage Data Technician - Next Level Technician

Next Level Technician is urgently seeking Low Voltage Cabling Installers in Chantilly VA. If you have experience installing structured cabling this is the position for you.  
While working under the direction of a team lead or Foreman, the ideal candidate for the Installer position will possess 1-3 years’ experience in structured cabling and promote a safe working environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for assisting in multiple aspects of cable installation including pathways, rough-in, closet build-out, cable terminations, labeling, grounding, trouble-shooting and testing.
• Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of quality and efficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, floor plans, specifications and cut sheets.
• Assist with basic job site organization and housekeeping.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
 

• 1-3 years of structured cabling experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Ability to meet deadlines, listen and follow instructions.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Must be able to climb ladders and perform the necessary tasks while on the ladder.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and carry 25 lbs.
• Industry Certifications a plus.  (i.e. CommScope, Hilti, Panduit, etc.)
• Must have own tools.
• Occasional overtime and out of town travel may be required.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
