LOYALTY & EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER
SALARY $70K-$80K

ARE YOU CREATIVE?
We need you to take our email and loyalty strategy to the next level. We currently operate email marketing lists for all our brands. Some lists are large and engaged others are small and developing. But for all our lists our audience is craving interesting and engaging content.  We have loyalty programs for handful of our brands. We’d like to optimize our programs and standardize them across our brands and get step closer to an enterprise level loyalty program.

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

1. Excellent writing skills
2. Hyper-creative
3. Master of puns
4. Ability to craft interesting, funny, quippy, thought provoking copy
5. Detail oriented and organized
6. Ability to manage up
7. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
8. A strong portfolio of work
9. Restaurant and Food & Beverage experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Manage email marketing strategy for multiple brands
2. Manage loyalty programs for multiple brands
3. Implement loyalty programs for multiple brands
4. Manage CRM strategies for multiple brands
5. Create opportunities for cross exposure between brands
6. Develop brand loyalists
7. Build content calendars or each brand that aligns with corporate and brand priorities
8. Create a distinct brand appropriate voice for each brand that can be clearly discerned via email
9. Measure, report, and refine all strategies and tactics
10. Build relationships with operations and culinary leaders to facilitate high quality and effective content capture
11. Understand the nuances of each location to influence effective email content creation  
12. Experience, eat, and enjoy food and drink from all locations so you can effectively promote it
13. Coordinate and collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure their needs and priorities are met

Who You’ll work with:

1. You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing
2. You’ll have a dotted line report to each brand manager/director but you’ll need to manage up to each of those individuals
3. You’ll collaborate with GM’s, Corporate Chefs,  Head Chefs, Beverage Director, and Beverage Managers
