Job Title: Therapist

Statements of Purpose:
Under the supervision of the Executive Clinical Director, the Therapist is responsible for conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy to clients.

Major Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily treatment experiences of clients
• Maintain documentation within required timelines
• Conduct assessments and mental status examinations
• Provide individual, couple/family, and group therapy
• Crisis intervention services and treatment planning

Minimum Qualifications:
• Master’s or Doctorate in psychology, social work, or counseling
• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, etc.
• Minimum two years’ experience in mental health/substance abuse

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
