Columbine Health Systems is hiring a high-quality LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse who plays an important role in the recovery and well-being of our post-acute patients and elderly residents at one of our beautiful Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor, CO locations. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LPN / LICENSED REGISTERED NURSE

* Must possess a minimum nursing degree from an accredited college or university

*Must possess a clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as an LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.

*Current CPR Certification

*(New Grad LPN's Welcome) as well as any licensed nurse within a hospital, long-term care or any other related healthcare facility.

*18 years of age or older.

* Ability to pass a criminal background check

WORK SCHEDULE

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time, Days, Evenings and Overnight shifts. We have 8 hr. or 12 hr. shifts.
