Are you a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a supportive and dynamic environment? Venza Care is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our team at Northside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As part of Venza Care's growing network across Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Louisiana, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Shifts: 7am-7pm Shifts Available

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary: $27.00-$32.50/hr, based on experience
2. Sign On Bonus: $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift.
2. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
3. Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
5. Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary.
6. Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Alabama or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse license.
2. Experience as a charge nurse or in a similar leadership role preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
