 Key Responsibilities for LPNs:

• LPNS take an active role in direct resident care and development of care plan.
• Administers medication and/or treatment to residents
• Communicates resident pertinent data to the appropriate responsible party.
• Supervises and coordinates certified nursing aides in providing direct resident care in adherence to State, and Federal guidelines.
• Ensures that residents receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
• The ability to be a flexible, caring, supportive team member

Qualifications:

• LPN license in the state of Delaware
• CPR Certification
• Experience is preferred in long term care
• Specialties in rehab, geriatrics, and or ventilator care a plus
• Ability to build rapport with residents
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
