LPN license in Florida. Your dynamic leadership combined with superior communication skills, a high degree of professionalism and ability to promote a healthy lifestyle for all will be helpful. Ideal candidates will have current geriatric knowledge with at least two years of home health visits experience. An outgoing yet warm personality is a must. Experience in motivating and teaching older adults a plus.

Position requirements include:
- Creativity and quality teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Willing to work on weekend rotation & holiday
- IV certified, wound vac, venipuncture, wound care
- Home Health Experience preferred
- Teaching skill
- Effective problem solving skills
- Diabetic injection patient
Computer savvy, good communication skills, able to multitask, team player, 2 or more experience in Home Health delivery or its equivalent, detailed oriented, people person.
