His meals require supervision due to aspiration risks, with water boluses via GT at scheduled intervals.Joel's mobility is supported by a railing on stairs, and he relies on assistance for tasks ranging from bathing to eating. Though he faces seizures, diligent monitoring ensures prompt intervention. His school journey is facilitated by a special transport bus, where nursing support, including GT feedings and water boluses, continues seamlessly.Despite his challenges, Joel finds independence in dressing, bed mobility, and transfers, embodying resilience amidst adversity.
