Location= High Point, NC
Shift- 3:00 PM -11:30 PM
Contract length- 13 weeks
Pay- $33/hr - $35/hr

Key Responsibilities
Provide basic medical and nursing care, including administering medication, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
Assist in the evaluation of patients' needs and provide initial patient assessment.
Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians and registered nurses, to develop and adjust patient care plans.
Document patient health information and care provided accurately and timely.
Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the patient care environment.
Observe and maintain infection control practices.
Participate in patient and family education.
Respond to emergency situations with appropriate nursing interventions.
Report any changes in patients' conditions to the supervising registered nurse or physician.
Contribute to maintaining regulatory compliance and standards of care.
Required Qualifications
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
Current LPN license in the state of practice.
BLS certification.
Strong understanding of nursing principles and protocols.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping.
Experience in administering medications and performing basic nursing procedures.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care responsibilities.
Knowledge of infection control standards and practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate respect for patients' rights and privacy.
Willingness to continue learning and adapt to new healthcare technologies and procedures.
Physical stamina and emotional resilience to handle the demands of the role.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
