Community Nursing & Rehab in Indy is hiring full-time and part-time LPNs
Nurses at American Senior Communities are what keep our residents happy and healthy. Licensed nurses are responsible for the daily delivery of resident care and medication administration compliance, as well as the support and coaching of the care staff and culture in our communities.
What does an LPN do each day at ASC?
- Monitor resident care and medication administration during shift assignment to ensure total resident care.
- Supervise direct care staff in the delivery of care and services according to each resident’s assessment and service plan.
- Manage and complete required medication and care documentation daily regarding resident care delivered, including subjective findings, objective symptoms, interventions, and resident responses to interventions.
- Partner with the Director of Nursing daily to direct care staff to effectively implement resident care service plans, monitoring ongoing delivery, goals, and strategies.
- Coach and monitor care staff performance, providing praise and mentorship as opportunities arise.

Requirements:
- Valid Indiana Nurse License
