Location= High point, NC/ Mount Olive, NC/ Pembroke, NC/ Lexington, NC
Shift- Depends on the location
Contract length- 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a compassionate and empathetic manner
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers
Assist with patient assessments, including vital signs and health status monitoring
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient medical records
Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team
Assist with wound care and other medical procedures
Educate patients and their families about healthcare management and preventive measures
Adhere to all applicable nursing standards and regulations
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care coordination
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff
Conduct health screenings and promote wellness initiatives
Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in nursing
Required Qualifications
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program and a valid LPN license
Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in medical record keeping and documentation
Knowledge of medication administration and dosage calculations
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations
Basic understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Experience in providing direct patient care in various healthcare settings
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in nursing assessments and procedures
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Physical and emotional resilience to handle the demands of the nursing profession
Understanding of infection control principles and practices
Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate shift rotations and on-call duties
