LPN Licensed Practical Nurse NOC - Sandstone American Fork

Sandstone Healthcare Group, a leading provider of healthcare services, is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing LTC facility in Utah. As an LPN, you will be responsible forproviding quality nursing care to our patients under the direction of the RN supervisor. 

Responsibilities:  

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians  

• Assist in the evaluation and assessment of patient conditions  

• Implement nursing care plans for patients and document all nursing care provided 

• Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the RN supervisor  

• Participate in the development of patient care plans  

• Supervise and direct certified nursing assistants (CNAs) as required 

Requirements:  

• Must have a current LPN license in the state of Utah  

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care facility preferred  

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills  

• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment  

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
