Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist with health assessments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse or physician
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Perform procedures such as catheterization, specimen collection processing, and suturing
• Utilize electronic health record system PCC
• Oversees and directs the CNA’s
• Answers call lights/bells courteously in a timely manner.
• Responds to all emergency situations following appropriate procedures and notifications.
• Performs and adheres to all policies and procedures related to Infection Control safety regulations including fire protection/prevention, smoking regulations, etc.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
• Familiarity with electronic health record PCC
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
