Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the State Nurse Practice Act and established best practices guidelines.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
• Maintain infection control protocols to uphold patient wellness.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Educate residents and family members on conditions, care plans, and medications thoroughly and compassionately.

Requirements:

• Degree or certification from an accredited nursing program.
• Active state licensure as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of six months of relevant nursing experience.
• Passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors.
