The Team Mass General Brigham-Westford, a member of Mass General Brigham Community Physicians, provides high-quality health care to patients ages 17 and older, offering annual physical screenings, telemedicine visits, same-day sick appointments, and regular follow-up care for chronic conditions. We are located at 133 Littleton Road, Suite 202 in the Emerson Health Building on Route 110 in Westford, MA. We have access to on-site laboratory and radiology services including ultrasound, mammography, CT scan and MRI imaging. The Opportunity We are seeking a Full-time 40- hour LPN to work onsite Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm to support our Mass General Brigham-Westford office. Primarily focused on phone triage, the LPN will manage patient interactions via telephone and in person. Responsible for prioritizing incoming phone calls, providing education/guidance in accordance with guidelines/protocols, communicating test results, scheduling/arranging care for urgent needs, and coordinating proper disposition - all within a clinically appropriate scope. We have a team of three nurses and are looking for the last LPN to join our team! This Triage LPN will support multiple providers, up to five at one time. Our team of nurses are enthusiastic about patient education and enjoy the variety of triage work from the common cold to 911 calls. This triage role is 90% on the phones with patients with 10% hands-on work administering vaccines! Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. • Current/active Practical Nurse Licensure in the state of Massachusetts required. • Nursing experience required, preferably in a community/ambulatory practice setting. • Primary care experience strongly preferred. • Phone triage experience strongly preferred.
