+ The LPN/LVN assesses patient health problems and needs.
+ Takes vital signs, administers medication, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records.
+ May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
+ Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards.

Required Qualifications
+ Current state licensure as an LPN or LVN in the state of Mississippi
+ 1+ years' experience as LPN or LVN in an inpatient or outpatient clinic setting
+ Experience in a fast pace/high volume environment
+ Experience with Electronic Medical Records
+ Must be able to work at the Conviva Care clinic located at: 12057-C Hwy 49 North, Gulfport, MS 39503
Preferred Qualifications
+ Hands-on professional Phlebotomy experience
+ IV certified
+ Experience with HEDIS
+ Knowledge of primary care medicine requirements (state specific).
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
Additional Information
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$44,200 - $60,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
