Thorough documentation: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Qualifications
Current Tenessee Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
TN is a licensed compact state
Current BLS
