Required Qualifications:
+ Graduate of an approved school for practical nurses.
+ Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
+ National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
+ 1 year of LPN Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Coursework/Training: IV Therapy course and competency demonstration.
