Licensed Practical Nurse (Triage Nurse)- Green Bay, WI (Offering Sign on Bonus) Job Type- Full-Time (Onsite) Shift- Monday-Friday (Days) Job Summary: Responsibilities include managing live incoming triage phone calls and return voicemail calls daily assisting with clinical care for patients, make outbound phone calls about malignant pathology results daily as directed by a physician assistant or physician, make outbound phone calls regarding benign results daily, within 48 hours (about 2 days) of receiving the information from the physician assistant or physician, manage and ensure timely response to all inquiries sent to the Triage inbox daily, schedule wound check appointments as needed, manage refill requests daily. Education/Experience Required: Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program. Active LPN License in the state of WI. 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Experience in a Dermatology based setting is strongly preferred.
