Our Skilled Nursing team delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of different areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting-edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team. You will earn:  $31.55/hr - $33.55/hr  PLUS $6,500 Sign on Bonus!

• LPN Starting Wage:  $28.15 per hour 
• PLUS $2.00 per hour Shift Premium for 2nd or 3rd shifts!
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero / hazard pay

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• A current license to practice as an LPN  in Michigan; current CPR certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized guest care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning guest well-being.
