CommQuest seeks a full-timeLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Medication Assisted Recovery Services program located in Canton, Ohio. The MAR LPN provides day-to-day medical services to individuals under the clinical supervision of the Nursing Supervisor and Medical Director, Addiction Medicine. Working in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team including case managers, counselors, and other designated team members.

What you'll do:
- Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans
- Administer medications, UDS, etc., as directed by lead staff and Physicians.
- Document nursing care via EHR. Implement nursing care under clinical supervision of the Director and Medical Doctor.
- Work and communicate effectively with Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Director, clinical staff, etc. to provide best client care.
- All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Day shift with flexibility to be available between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Must have availability to work Saturday morning on a rotation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus!
- Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio, with no current license restrictions
- Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is highly desired
- Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients
