East Side Nursing Facility is seeking a full-time LPN or RN Unit Manager for our 80-bed nursing facility. If you are looking for a position with flexible scheduling, the ability to get to know residents and their families as well as colleagues that feel like a family, then look no further! Qualifications/Requirements:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Current NYS LPN or RN License and in good standing
• Previous leadership experience preferred 
• Ability to plan and oversee resident's comprehensive care plans
• Practice infection control standards in allignment with facility, CDC, and DOH guidelines
