- Pay: LPN:$32.50 / RN:$38.50 per hour; Overtime Opportunity available
- Schedule: Monday - Friday on School days; rotating schedule 630AM-4:00PM and 7:30AM-3:30PM
- Location: Meet patient at home and Meet patient at school rotating schedule
- Duties: Provide G-Tube Feeding and respiratory care, Administer medication, and Provide total care with ADL's.

- Must have at least one year of LPN experience within the last 3 years -or- RN with at least one year of experience within the last 3 years
- Will consider New Grad RN's with this experience as an LPN
- Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)
- Must have experience with G-Tube Feedings
- Must have experience with Trach Care
