LPN- School Case - Weekly Pay- No Weekends - Maxim Healthcare Services

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work one on one with a patient in the school setting


-Weekly Pay. $1500 Sign on Bonus--






Case 1-Maryville


4/3 rotation. 7a-7p. 8 year old Pediatric Patient, G-tube, Very low acuity School Case)(Weekend Bonus)


Case 2&3-Maryville


Monday-Friday 7a-5p. G-tube and low acuity patient.(School Case)


Case 4-Madisonville


Monday-Friday. 7a-7p. G-tube and low acuity patient


Case 5- Knoxville


Monday-Friday 8a- 4pm. Pediatric G-tube patient.

Responsibilities:





+ Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.


+ On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders


+ Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.


+ Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.





Qualifications:





+ Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.


+ Current TB or Chest X-Ray.


+ Current BLS card.
