RN RATE NOTICE - RN\'s working on weekdays (3rd shiftSunday thru 2nd shift Friday) will be paid out at the centers LPN approvedrate.

  Monitor patientsvitals and record them in their file

  Maintain thecleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding anddressing

  Assist nursingand medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication

  Update patientrecords in a confidential manner

  Evaluate thepatients wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff

  Explaintreatments and procedures to patients and families

  Change dressingsand bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly

  Move patientsfrom wheelchairs, beds and gurneys
