Job Details:

• Pay Rate: Starting at $34/hr Weekdays & $36/hr Weekends 
• Schedule: Part Time
• Shifts: 2:30p-11p, 10:30p-7a
• Start & End Dates: Immediate & Ongoing
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits for as Low as $17/wk

Job Requirements:

• PA LPN License
• At least one-year of prior LTC experience
