The Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to forecast demand, identify historical trends, and assess competition, providing strategic recommendations to help achieve revenue, occupancy, and arrival goals. This role involves managing rate and inventory functions across multiple systems and ensuring accuracy and alignment in all reporting and distribution channels.

Requirement & Qualifications:
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications 2-3 years experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, & Adobe 2-3 years experience
- Ability to conduct thorough financial analysis
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to make recommendations to improve performance
What will you do?
The Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to forecast demand, identify historical trends, and assess competition, providing strategic recommendations to help achieve revenue, occupancy, and arrival goals. This role involves managing rate and inventory functions across multiple systems and ensuring accuracy and alignment in all reporting and distribution channels.
Essential Job Functions:
- Analyze demand trends, historical data, and competitor information to recommend rate strategies that align with revenue goals.
- Execute rate and inventory updates across systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement new or modified rate plans, terms, and conditions.
- Ensure accurate setup and functionality of reporting across systems.
- Update group inventory, including group build, cut-off dates, pick-up, and block releases.
- Assist the Regional Revenue Manager with research on policies, terms, and conditions, and monitor inventory gaps for rental availability.
- Investigate and resolve inventory issues and other system discrepancies.
- Conduct comp set and market research, including rate shops, guarantee and cancellation policy reviews, and event calendar updates.
