Responsibilities
Oil Changes: Perform routine oil changes and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Fluid Checks: Monitor and replenish essential fluids such as coolant, brake fluid, and power steering fluid to maintain vehicle performance.
Tire Maintenance: Conduct tire rotations, pressure checks, and replacements as needed, ensuring customer safety on the road.
Inspection: Identify and report any potential vehicle issues to the service manager for further assessment and repair.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to customers, answering any questions they may have regarding vehicle maintenance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and staff to maintain a smooth workflow and high standards of service quality.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role is preferred.
Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive systems and a strong understanding of maintenance procedures.
Certification: Relevant automotive certifications, such as ASE, is a plus but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
