Cooper Pacific Kitchens, a leader in luxury kitchen installations, is looking for an experienced Cabinet Installer/Finish Carpenter to join our dedicated team. This position involves installing high-end cabinetry and finishing details to perfection in prestigious homes primarily around Los Angeles, with occasional travel required for projects out of county and out of state.

- Install high-end cabinetry, trim, and stain-grade molding precisely according to plans, blueprints, or verbal instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy in installation.
- Work within designated timelines to meet project deadlines while maintaining Cooper Pacific's standard of excellence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining professionalism and clear communication at job sites.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Proactively communicate with supervisors regarding any job site issues to prevent or resolve potential challenges.
- 5+ years of experience in installing luxury manufactured cabinetry, trim, and molding.
- Expertise in handling stain-grade materials, cabinetry, millwork, paneling, particularly crown molding, with exceptional precision.
- Strong foundational skills in carpentry, including comprehensive knowledge of techniques, materials, and tools.
- Must possess tools needed for cabinetry and carpentry work on site.
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and professionalism in customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and collaboration.
- Must be willing to travel as needed for projects, including occasional out-of-state assignments.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
